Thank You for Choosing WellWhip! To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we have established the following shipping policy:

Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Orders will only be shipped after payment is completed.

Due to product size restrictions, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a residential address.

1.Order Information Modification

If you need to modify your order, please email us within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, modifications are not possible.

2.Processing Time

Orders typically require 0-1 business days for processing.

3.Delivery Time .

3-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method.

During holidays such as Independence Day, Labor Day, and Christmas, there may be delays. We will notify you via email with specific details. If your order remains in "label created" status for more than 4 days, please contact us, and we will coordinate with the shipping provider to arrange a reshipment.

Returns

We accept returns for products that are defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving the product, we will give you a free return refund. For unopened products, you may return them, but you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging and condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@wellwhipgas.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1.Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2.Exchanges

If your order has already been shipped, exchanges are not possible. If your order has not yet shipped, you can request an exchange by contacting us at service@wellwhipgas.com. Please include your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. The ability to fulfill your exchange request will depend on product availability and other factors. Our team will assess your request and inform you of the next steps.

3.Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
